Sub-processors
In plain English
The companies that help us run UniqBot, what each one does, and where it processes data.
Last updated 4 November 2026
Companies that process data to run UniqBot. We update this list when one is added or removed, and tell our clients thirty days ahead.
Our sub-processors
- DigitalOcean. Hosts UniqBot and each client's database. Frankfurt, Germany.
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock). Hosts the AI models that answer ask, dataset and get pdf, write brief compositions and journal summaries, and sort products into categories. Frankfurt, Germany. The model provider has no access to your data, and your data is not used to train a model.
- Mistral AI (Voxtral API). Transcribes end-of-service voice briefs. Processing in the EU. Audio is deleted after transcription and is not stored.
- Cloudflare. Carries and protects the encrypted traffic to the backoffice, the booking webhooks and file downloads. Data in transit only.
- MailerSend. Sends sign-in codes, pairing codes and invitations by email.
Chosen by you, not our sub-processors
- Meta (WhatsApp), Telegram and Slack. Carry the messages. Slack runs as an app installed in your workspace, and only in private messages. A copy of a message stays in your database only at the activity level you set.
- Anthropic or OpenAI, only if you bring your own key. Your provider then answers ask, dataset and get pdf under your own contract, and bills you directly.
- Your point of sale, booking and property systems. UniqBot reads them with the access you give it.
